Wet Abrasive Blasting

Wet abrasive blasting or vapor abrasive blasting is a procedure that removes coatings, contaminants, corrosion and residues from hard surfaces. Similar to dry blasting, except that the blast media is moistened before impacting the surface.

Wet abrasive blasting is preferred over over dry blasting because it reduces dust. This allows the service team to work with minimal setup and cleanup costs, resulting in a cleaner, more consistent finished surface. The surface will be ready to coat, with no embedded particles or clinging dust.
